Holly Willoughby has revealed the real reason why she never talks about her weight loss or diet tips. The 38-year-old This Morning presenter became noticeably slimmer in the last couple of years , following the birth of her third child Chester in September 2014. But while her weight loss secrets have been exposed by those close to her – including Holly’s Pilates instructor – Holly herself has never uttered a word about her shrinking figure. And she’s admitted the reason is because she’s worried about other women feeling pressurised to shed the pounds in an attempt to emulate her. “Yes, I very deliberately don’t talk about it. Just because I don’t think it’s helpful to the conversation, for women generally. As long as you are healthy and happy, that’s really all that matters,” she told the Sunday Times Magazine. “I just didn’t want to do that. It’s a personal thing for me, and I think that people get obsessive with it. “On this show I’ve sat across the sofa from mums and dads who’ve lost children to anorexia, or their children are currently going through it, and they sit there and say, ‘It doesn’t help that there’s such a fascination with weight at the moment,'” she went on. “Everybody knows what leads to a healthy lifestyle, but it’s not up to me to give you a blow-by-blow account of what I’ve eaten that day. It’s not helpful, and it’s not what’s important.” But she does credit her new-found body confidence to celebrity stylist Angie Smith, who came to work with Holly back in 2015 and gave her a major wardrobe shakeup. “[She told me] ‘We have to get your legs out!’ – she went, ‘right, everything that you want to wear I’m going to say no to, and you can try this instead,'” Holly laughed. “I think we all see ourselves in a certain way, and we know those things that are safe. She was like having a really good friend who just pushed you in a different direction.” Her remarks come after Holly’s Celebrity Juice co-star Keith Lemon revealed the secret behind her toned body was boxing. “I’ve heard a rumour that it’s some sort of boxing,” he said. “I asked if she was going to be bringing a fitness DVD out, because everyone’s going to be saying, ‘I want a body like Holly Willoughby!” He added: “Ages ago she came back from holiday and I said she’d lost weight, I could see it in her face. “Then everyone picked up on it, and we were at a party a while later and I said “I bet you’re sick to death of everyone asking you how you’ve lost it…but how have you lost it?” “Holly’s always been a total babe.” Holly’s own pilates instructor revealed that the This Morning star came to her in 2011 after the birth of her second child Belle to strengthen her core and get her body back to its pre-baby form. “I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week,” said pilates expert Lynne Robinson, owner of Body Control Pilates. “Holly had postnatal matt work classes, which concentrated on strengthening and toni
