How we can gain weight
Eat 5 times a day. 3 hours gap (well chewed )
If drink milk use whole fat milk (do excercise for prevent mucus related issue )
Eat banana before 30 min food
Eat banana fry. Or balana sweet(banana, ghee, jaggery, coconut )
Eat fenugreek rice-(soaked fenugreek, rice, coconut )
Eat sesame seeds daily.
Eat potatoes, water mellon (support to increase but, leg size)
Eat tomatoes for large breast.
Add coconut chutney daily in diet.
Add coconut possible dishes, curry, stirred fry
Avoide junk food, frying items, bakery items
Do excercise for better health.
