Hanuman Namaskar is a great preparation for asanas that require open hamstrings, like hanumanasana.
This is not a good option for practicioners with very tight hamstrings as ardha hanumanasana could be very challenging for them.
Good asana to open hamstring, gives good stretch and warms up all body parts
Complete three repetitions to get better results.
Do not do any exercise forcefully, listen to your body.
Do Yoga and feel good about yourself. Keep practicing and keep moving.
