In summer, it’s so natural that to keep your body cool you drink cold drinks/juice or ice cream instead of hot soup. All these body coolers will give instant relief, but they will also increase your body weight.

In summer, body dehydrates easily because of sweat. So consume more water (min 8 glasses), it is a smarter choice. Water keeps the body cool and prevents dehydration. It also helps one avoid putting on unnecessary calories.

Summer is the best season for a variety of fresh fruits & vegetables, make the most of them. They are also easy to digest. Avoid junk food, fried food & spicy food, all these food will increase your body heat.

Let’s start full day summer diet plan.

Start your day with detox water, empty stomach. Detox water will detoxify your body and will help to naturally reduce inflammation, boost energy, support digestion and promote healthy skin.
In summer, avoid Cinnamon (Dalchini), Fenugreek (Methi dana) & Ginger in detox water. All these ingredients may increase heat in the body.

In morning breakfast have Overnight Oats with Mango (Cal – 250). You can also add other fruits like apple, papaya… instead of mango. Make this recipe overnight and keep in a freeze and eat next day morning in Breakfast. This is a delicious recipe you will love it.

Recipe Ingredients:
• Milk (Skim/Cow/Soy milk) – 125 ml (Half Cup)
• Curd (Low Fat) – 60 ml
• Oats – 25 grams
• Chia Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
• Almonds – 4 nos
• Mango – Half (Medium size)
• Honey – 1 Teaspoon

Mid-Morning (2 hrs after breakfast) – Have Buttermilk – 1 glass or Cucumber or you can have body cooler drinks. This will keep your body cool in summer.

In Lunch, have 2 Rotis & any Green Veg. recipe with Raita – Take any raita from my raita series videos. In summer, eat more curd (Low Fat), increase the quantity of raita and decrease the quantity of Rotis in lunch.
