I was 64 kgs and with the help of Intermittent Fasting I lost 10 kgs and would like to recommend to everyone who wants to lose weight and are able tp if you have no health issues. 4. Less Carbs
5. No sugar
6. Active Body with Zumba/Dance
7. Dont sleep right after you eat.
