I hope you are doing well, this video as the title suggests is about the weight loss tips. I have tried and enlist 7 practical tips to lose wight. I was 64 kgs and with the help of Intermittent Fasting I lost 10 kgs and would like to recommend to everyone who wants to lose weight and are able tp if you have no health issues. There are 7 main tips in the video:
1. The mindset
2. Drink Lots of Water
3. Small Portion
4. Less Carbs
5. No sugar
6. Active Body with Zumba/Dance
7. Dont sleep right after you eat.
