At one point I wised up and asked the question: who said I need to lose weight anyways?
So many of us get lost in this cycle of “I just need to lose 5 more pounds,” when really you need to stop giving into “guilt” about how you look or what you’ve just eaten that’s made you think you need to lose weight.
