As promised, because you signed up early (I loooove action takers!), here are 3 tips you can start implementing THIS WEEK to get a head start on your goals before the Challenge starts next Monday, September 3.
1. Drink a huge glass of water first thing in the am
2. 30 minutes of movement (walk, yoga, workout, run, etc.)
